These assessments work in harmony with the Personal Training Programmes and are key to evaluating your specific areas of focus and play an important role in making the programme unique to you. Although I would highly recommend under-going all assessments, as you will benefit from them in both the short and long term, they are definitely not compulsory; it's a choice you can freely make.

Postural Analysis and correction is something that is close to my heart and I have a vested interest in as a member of my family has Scoliosis of the spine, something which can impact on muscle imbalance and in some cases can cause issues with breathing due to the 3 dimensional nature of the curvature.
Obviously not everybody has scoliosis but due to every day working life we all come across many examples of bad posture (driving a car for long periods and many hours spent typing, hunched over at a desk are just two). By employing simple exercises and specialised techniques to help amend and retain good posture (something I actively assist with a family member) I can improve your breathing and strengthen muscles which will make notable improvements to your exercise routines and in turn boost your confidence and self-perception in every day life. With your body correctly aligned, then the mind is often equally balanced.
