In some instances both Nutrition and Lifestyle Analysis are incorporated as one entity but I feel they are 2 subjects which, although compliment each other, are distinctly separate. For example certain individuals diets (nutritional intake) can be very well balanced and may not need altering but that doesn't mean all
aspects of their lifestyle are working in harmony with their body's needs.
