By travelling to you I can eliminate any potential stressful situations you may encounter on the road & also save you precious time.

If you feel you don't have the space indoors then it gives us the opportunity to go outside. I'm a big advocate of training in the great outdoors especially as we are blessed with such beautiful and diverse surroundings in and around Exeter, Teignbridge and S.E. Devon. Training outside during the winter months can help reduce S.A.D. as cardio work helps boost your serotonin levels (a mood regulating chemical in the brain).

We can always venture outside and make use of the TRX Suspension Training System which solely relies on your body-weight, meaning we can make that personal training session as effective as possible.

And I can also introduce you to the world of kettlebells, where we can do a full body work-out using one piece of kit.

With a vast array of equipment at our disposal an individually tailored personal training session can make use of all or just some of them. With the programme designed specifically to your needs we could be focusing on cardiovascular exercises, free weights, postural correctness, core stability, flexibility and much more. 

It's all dependant on what you're trying to achieve and what routine will work best for you as an individual. Be that training for a marathon, rehabilitating from an injury, a multitude of sports specific training or simply to become healthier, slim down, increase muscle mass & tone up, I'm here to motivate & help you every inch of the way in a fun yet safe manner.

And you can always finish a personal training session with a full body assisted stretch, a fantastic way to unwind and relax after a demanding routine.
