2 years ago, I was the person who hated exercise, but also the way I looked. But now, that has completely changed, all thanks to Ryan.
Within the space of about 3 months, I became addicted! He’s put together 2 training programmes for me, the first focusing on mid to lower body, the second, after around 6 weeks, focusing on a more whole body work out. My original aim was to fit into a bridesmaid dress, which, when I started in January, was too small for me. The work outs involve using weights and large muscle groups, which, at first, I thought would make me look like Jodie Marsh!
However, now, 4 months on, the dress is slightly too big, and collectively, I’ve lost 5 ½ inches off my bust, waist and hips, approximately a dress size. I don’t look at the scales anymore, as my weight wasn’t moving due to muscle increase, and I know now it’s about how I look, and more importantly, feel, rather than what the scales say.
The newfound confidence I have in myself, has not only made me feel better about the way I look, but has also encouraged me to enter the Torbay Half Marathon, which I’ll be running in June!
He’s fantastic at getting you motivated to do things and keeping you there. Ryan will help you to accomplish your goals all the way, and advises on the best way to perform exercises, along with nutritional advice.
